Beholder is a beautiful, stylish
buck. He is high headed, long and level over the topline with great rear
leg angulation and width between the hocks. His rump is ideal in
angle and he's long from hips to pins. He produced only one doe kid
this year and LOTS of buck kids so we will use him more this fall in hopes
of seeing some daughters. His littermate sister freshened
beautifully. She is pictured below.

We fell in love with Skoblikova
last year and purchased a son from her, Andrei Lutai. We lost him
this spring and asked Tessa about another son from Skobli since we really
wanted to use her genetics. She is extremely smooth while on
the move, she's sharp and tall, flat boned and has a lovely mammary. We
love her long, graceful neck and her uphill look. We feel this doe
has an exciting future!
Thanks to Tessa for entrusting us with another Skobli son. Ivan is
very long bodied and level across the topline. He has excellent set
to the rear legs and is uphill.
We have one doeling that was born in time to breed for 2010, and
several later born doe kids from Ivan. We are very pleased with
these kids! They are very dairy and stylish with lots of width in
the rear and good set to rear leg.
We plan to use Ivan quite a bit this fall.

Atreyu is a dark red version Gideon. His littersister, Altrece Elixabete has freshened with a shapely, productive
mammary. Atreyu's first daughters are very consistent. They are long
bodied, angular kids with strong pasterns and really nice heads.

Firefly is one of our top does and has all the traits we want in our LaManchas. She is sharp
and dairy with excellent rear leg angulation. She has a nearly
flawless mammary system and strong feet and legs. She has a
beautiful rump, and a great personality! We are very excited to use
her son in our breeding program.
Despereaux's littermate, Altrece Firefly Lane, freshened beautifully and
is a very exciting young doe.
He has 4 other paternal sisters in the herd that are beautiful, correct
does that milk well.
Despereaux has one milking yearling daughter and she is one of the top
yearlings for 2010.
