We acquired some excellent genetics this spring through trades and purchases.
Thanks to the breeders of these boys!

Buck kids being used this fall:

Barnowl GQ

Kastdemur's Smooth Valencia

Yearling Bucks

Heart Mt. Asimov
Young Sire Development Buck
(Hemingway x SGCH Chit Chat FS:92 EEEE-pictured)

Asimov produced only buck kids in 2010.  They were lovely kids with great length of body and leg.  We look forward to using Asimov again in the fall with the hopes of getting does.

Huricane-PM EGB Click
(Bastille x SGCH Tart FS 92 EEEE-pictured left and center, Bastille's dam Betty on right)

The Click babies resemble Tart in color and style.  They are very correct, level, stylish kids.

Autumn Acres Pitch Black
(Sirius Black x CH Tawny FS 92 EEEE-pictured)

Pitch has added stature and levelness of topline to his daughters.  They are dairy and long bodied with good set to the legs. They seem to have his great personality.

Kickapoo Valley Zpilogue
(Ain't MisBehavin x SGCH Sequel FS 92 VEEE-pictured)

Zip's first kids resemble him as a kid.  They show strong feet and legs, width between the hocks and excellent heads.

Altrece Elusive Contract
(Emmenee x Elusive Flame)
full sister Divine pictured

Contract has 3 full sisters that are just the type of LaMancha we strive for.
His first kids did not disappoint!  They remind me of the Fire in Cairo kids and have that
very balanced look with beautiful toplines, feet and legs and heads.

Saanen Junior Herdsires

Huricane-PM CSC Element
(Clancy x SGCH Essencia)

Essencia FS 93 EEEE

Element is a clean boned buck with a strong front end.  We have two daughters out of him that have the same type of dairy bone.  We look forward to freshening them.

Companeros Sly Designer Fox
(Voice of a Sly Fox x Design)

Design as a milking yearling
3rd place 2 year old with 1st udder-2009 Nationals!

Unfortunately Fox wasn't ready to breed until later in the year so we only had one Saanen bred to him.  That doe presented us with twin bucks and all of the LaMancha kids he was bred to had doe kids :)  We retained a few just for fun.  He'll be used heavily this fall on the Saanen herd.
